We have at our disposal three multi-functional meeting rooms of 62 square metres each, which are fully air-conditioned and windowless. All these rooms are located on the ground floor.

Due to their proximity to our kitchen, these rooms are often booked for celebrations or meals for smaller private groups.

The rooms Capri and Ibiza can be joined to an area of 120 square metres, which makes for an adequate meeting room alternative to our rooms in the rotunda.

Should our Wintergarten not be sufficient to accommodate your celebration, we can join it with the Capri and Ibiza room.

Our Wintergarten meeting room offers a very special atmosphere. The room is a cosy and spacious room that features a two-sided window front, wooden roof beams and stylish decorations. The room is suited for celebrations of all kinds. Your guests will both have their privacy and fast access to our hotel bar.
The Wintergarten has direct access to our large terrace, which is perfectly suited for a reception (e.g. for an aperitif or for getting some fresh air). The terrace also offers a special flair for your party in the open air. Upon request, we can roof the terrace with a tent – this way, your guests will be sheltered from any weather and your event will still take place “in the open air”. Light chains and torches will spread a wonderfully romantic atmosphere, and we will put our champagne bar at your disposal.
The Wintergarten can be booked for larger meetings or congresses as well.

Sumatra is a typically neutral meeting room of 120 square metres located in our rotunda. The room is fully air-conditioned and boasts a large window front. The door of this room also leads outside, which makes delivering and picking up all types of equipment and meeting documents a piece of cake.

Due to the room’s round shape, it’s perfectly suited for smaller meetings or as a group room. The Hawaii can be joined with the adjoining Samoa room by opening the partition wall.

Bahamas is a neutral and fully air-conditioned meeting room located in our rotunda. The room offers 80 square metres of space and a large window front. The room can accommodate up to 60 delegates in theatre chairs. The door leads outside, which makes it easier for our companies to deliver and pick up equipment or documents.

Upon request, we can expand the rooms. By opening the partition walls, the area can be extended to 160 or 240 square metres.

Our Paradies restaurant mainly serves our breakfast guests and is otherwise an à la carte restaurant. For larger groups of up to 90 guests, the restaurant can be reserved to private events. The lounge area in front of the restaurant can serve as the ideal reception area for aperitifs or as the buffet area.

Palma is the only room not located on the ground floor. The room was our first meeting room and is located on the second floor. Service includes stair climbing, i.e. free sessions of exercise for delegates. In contrast to the rotunda meeting rooms, Palma is equipped with parquet flooring.

Room 108 has a size of 20m2. It is an ideal venue for group meetings (up to 6 persons). Our meeting room is located in a quiet, green area and offers a panoramic view.
